Goals:    [gols]  - the purpose toward which an endeavor is directed. An objective.

If you are reading this particular page, and you have to think twice about what your goals are, I'm going to tell you right now that they are not mapped or clear enough in your head.  You need a plan.  This is extremely important in one's life.  Sitting on your couch and watching television is not a goal.  Procrastination is not a goal.  Manifest a plan for your life.  There has never been an architect who has built a skyscraper without a blueprint.  Do you have a blueprint?  Is it written down? Aim high.

Just a 'lessons learned' from this side....Each time I have ever had a goal that I can quantify and would be able to conclusively attach a pass/fail criteria to it, I've written it down and attached it to my refrigerator and bathroom mirror.  This keeps me keen and honest about what I'm trying to achieve.  It is also a reminder element of what one is trying to accomplish.  Using bodybuilding as an example...if you are dieting and you put a contest flyer or photo of what you are trying to look like in a visibly frequented area....it could be that one extra nudge on your conscience to make you surpass that cheat meal.  Bodybuilding is only an example, but its analogy is actually a microcosm for everything in the real world.

For my current goals....see the link 'Currently'.  Did you write yours down somewhere?

Do so.  It keeps your focus.
