Go Beyond...

 

INTRODUCTION

Have you ever thought about getting in shape, but just didn't know where to begin?  Are you intimidated to join a new gym because you are unaware of what to do?  Do you ever think that it is too far fetched to make any substantial improvements to your physique and health?  A situation similar to this warrants combining your goals with my roadmap, and collectively working to achieve, what you may have previously thought of as improbable.  

I have improved many lives.....and I will undeniably improve yours too.

 

WHY ME?

One characteristic which distinguishes me from various other trainers is that I am not doing this because I have to.  It is not imperative for me to have clients to survive or pay my mortgage.  I make an excellent living as a successful electrical engineer (thanks boss) and even solely purchased my first home in Los Angeles at the age of twenty-three. I am doing this for the simple fact that I love fitness.  I honestly believe what differentiates me is that I am exceptionally passionate in every facet of my life.  My vocabulary doesn't possess the negative words as, 'can't,' 'unable,' or 'fail,' but rather is populated with optimistic and constructive words such as 'boundless,' 'triumph,' and 'dedication.'  Yours will definitely be too.

Credentials?  Yes I am certified trainer, even aced kinesiology  in college (analytical mechanics and dynamics too *laugh*).  Previously, I've recognized that my personal experience in training myself complimented these studies, and also provided a literal and tangible dimension to the bookwork.  It was in my own application of these cultured principles in which I was able to validate the acquired data, or in contrast, provide direct results to dispute the author.  I am a Philomath and carry these many years of first hand knowledge.  

I will share them with you. 

I do not sit back and watch the world go by me.  I am a 'doer.'  When life presents opportunities, you need to grab them with both hands and run like the wind.  Sometimes when you want something bad enough, you have to make certain levels of sacrifices to achieve them.  Maybe you sleep less on certain days because there are goals that need to be attained.  Maybe you wake up at 4:00am for cardio as I do, when preparing for a contest.  I think society is a bit jaded by the 'easy' route.  Most of the general population doesn't know how to operate out of their 'comfort zone' and they quickly give up and retract when challenged.  Challenges are opportunities in disguise.  I will teach you how to not only operate but PERFORM SUCCESSFULLY out of this so-called 'comfort zone,' thus prevailing and producing optimum results.  It is this ability in which one supercedes the norm.  One needs to set their mind and execute with relentless enthusiasm. This mindset doesn't solely pertain to training but rather all elements of life.  When I thought it was time for me to have a website, I didn't pay someone to do it for me.  I went to the store, bought a book, read it, and did it myself.  Sure it doesn't have the all of the bells and whistles that other athletes websites have in which they pay someone to 'do it for them,' but then again.................I'm not done with the book yet. 

It's time that you become the 'doer.'   

 

WHERE DO WE TRAIN?

I personally train at a multitude of gyms from Venice Beach to Redondo Beach and many in between.  Breaking up the monotony of the same atmosphere keeps the intensity in my own training.  I am, however, liberal to make the adjustments necessary to come to your gym upon a mutual consensus between both parties.  If you have yet to choose a location for the beginning of our re-construction, I will share my recommendations.  I have also traveled out of state for clients when, once again, an agreement is made. 

Know no limits to your training or goals in life.
